Wanted 65000K to purchase plot of land in Easdale village with no planing permission that is slowly being reclaimed by the sea.......

C'mon PP its a property.... its value can only go up..... we must restart the market, otherwise we might actually have to develop a real economy that makes money not accrue value....... rant over. Yes a very big laugh, one would have thought the Estate agent who thought this up would be getting his balls toasted by the vendor, having said that depressingly sum c**k will buy it at that price.

The price is now £ 50,000. Do you think thy've reduced the price proportionate to the effects of the coastal erosion over the last year?

Yes CanU fancy going halfers, we could use it as a holiday home. We really should buy 15 to 20% of the building and leave it empty 90% of the year. As for the price reduction the realisation that the chance of getting planning permission there in a time scale before the land dissapears is pretty low probably does have somthing to do with it.
